Occasion, Kids, Bouquets & Cupcakes

Payments can be made by bank transfer.  

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your order is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  The remaining balance is then due 2 weeks before the occasion date.  If you are required to cancel your booking following your final balance payment, then no refund is available.

Wedding Cakes

For Wedding Cakes, a non-refundable deposit of £50 of your order is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before the date of the wedding.  If you are required to cancel your booking following your final balance payment, then no refund is available.

Refunds / Cancellations

I reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or personal health issues.  In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be issued promptly.
