Occasion, Kids, Bouquets & Cupcakes

A deposit of 25% of your order is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  The remaining balance is then due 10 days before the occasion date. 

Orders under £25 must be paid in full when ordering.

Last minute orders are available but limited to design and size and must be paid in full at time of booking. 

If you are required to cancel your booking following your final balance payment, a refund is available only if it's been requested 14 days before the occasion date.  Any decorations, personalised toppers etc. that has been ordered, will not be refunded.

Wedding Cakes

For Wedding Cakes, a non refundable deposit of £25 of your order is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before the date of the wedding. 

If you are required to cancel your booking following your final balance payment, please note that no refund will be issued.  A refund is only available if requested before the 6 weeks.  Any decorations, personalised toppers etc. that has been ordered, will not be refunded.

Refunds / Cancellations

I reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or personal health issues.  In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be issued promptly.
