Yes, it really is my name!  (Maybe I should have started a jam business).  It all began with a simple idea fuelled by a deep passion.  Thanks to my God given, creative talent and artistic background, I made the decision to merge my love for baking and art together to start my own business, before I knew it, Sponge & Slice was born. 

I put my heart into every little detail and make sure each cake gets the attention it deserves.  My work reflects quality & integrity, showing my dedication to getting it right.  Everyone has a unique purpose in life and mine is to brighten your day and bring a smile to your face with my beautiful cakes.
