Flavours

I bake all my cakes fresh to order, using high-quality ingredients, from free-range eggs to the sweetest fresh fruit.  I take pride in crafting beautifully tinted frostings using only natural, pigment-based food colorings.  Each cake has 3 layers of sponge, filled and decorated with a perfectly balanced, not too sweet buttercream frosting.   

Gluten-free and dairy-free options are also available to suit your needs.
