Allergy Info.

All my cakes are baked fresh.  They contain Wheat Flour (Gluten), Eggs, Milk & Oat Milk.  They are prepared and baked in a kitchen that is not allergen free and therefore may contain traces of and come into contact with Peanuts, Nuts, Soya & other allergens.  I advise that my cakes would therefore be unsuitable for people with severe reactions to these allergens. 
 
For my 'Free From' cakes, I use Gluten & Dairy Free ingredients and are only suitable for customers with intolerances not allergies. 
 
I hold a certificate in level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering, have Comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and I am registered with my local Environmental Health Authority.
